Please note that sales are NOT PERMITTED at Open Streets, distribution of political materials comes with certain regulations, and we make an effort toward *low-waste/footprint events* so no-waste activities, recyclables, compostables, and environmental awareness activities are encouraged.

INSURANCE: A Certificate of Liability Insurance for all organizations participating in Open Streets, due by OCTOBER 11th, 2018. Certificates must name Bike Santa Cruz County Education Fund as additional insured; address: 333 Soquel Ave., Santa Cruz CA 95060. More details will be emailed to you if you are confirmed as a sponsor. If securing event insurance is a problem, please contact us.

LIABILITY WAIVER: A Waiver of Liability TO BE SIGNED BY PARTICIPANTS is required if you will be HOSTING an activity of a physical nature (e.g. bicycling, dance, martial arts. A copy of your waiver must be submitted by *SEPTEMBER 28th 2018*. We can assist in providing a template.

SET-UP: You must provide all the equipment, staff, and structures you need to host your booth/activities, including tables, tents, and chairs. ALL PARTICIPATING organizations must provide their own small refuse and recycling receptacles.
