Open Streets Capitola debuted on the Capitola Esplanade on Sunday, May 4th, 2014, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Thousands came out to enjoy the car-free street park for hula hooping, bicycling activities, strolling, music and performances, as well as dining and shopping at Capitola Village restaurants and shops.
